- Mission Statement: The purpose of Fishers Students in Action is to provide a platform for students to change and impact aspects of their community. We encourage our members to make sustainable change via projects, connections, and equity-based efforts, rather than focusing on temporary relief to community needs.
- Structure of the Club:
- The structure of the club is generally hierarchical. There is a leadership team consisting of appointed officers and committee heads, and the rest of the club members are part of action committees independently formed to address specific community issues. Our club advisor is also available as a liaison.
- Leadership Team
- The leadership team structure may be extremely fluid and change on a necessary basis. As new members of leadership restructure their group in order to best serve the club, they can outline these changes on our club website or as they best see fit.
- Appointed officers are subject to review by their fellow leadership members. If they are not completing their assigned duties or representing the club and school adequately, they should know that they are subject to removal by their fellow leadership team at the discretion of the club advisor.
- Near the end of each school year, new leaders may be appointed by previous members of the leadership team to fill or create leadership positions. Previous leaders are expected to train and prepare their replacements in whatever way(s) they deem appropriate.
- Committee heads are also members of the leadership team, and are expected to attend leadership meetings and communicate with the rest of the team when necessary.
- Standing club projects (e.g. CATS, Community Connected, etc.) will also have stated leadership positions when it is determined necessary by the rest of the team.

These committees will execute any number of actions in order to create sustainable solutions to these issues, including, but not limited to, creating and executing projects, participating in equity efforts, sustaining connections with other members of the community, etc.
- General club members, as well as members of the leadership team, are subject to all club expectations, including, but not limited to, paying dues, reporting to members of leadership, and giving their best effort on any project they attempt. They are also expected to positively represent Fishers High School wherever they go, and, as such, are subject to school rules and expectations.

This includes committee heads and appointed officers. They may meet at their own discretion and in manners of their own choice.
